Refund Policy

All content services provided by textmarketpro are delivered according to the agreed scope and timeline. We strive to meet or exceed expectations on every project.
2. Revision Policy
All projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions are billed at standard hourly rates.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
- The delivered content materially differs from the agreed scope
- Significant delays occur that are solely attributable to textmarketpro
- The project is cancelled before work has commenced (full refund)
- The project is cancelled after work has commenced (partial refund based on work completed)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: completed and delivered content that meets the agreed scope, rush fees, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, and content strategy documents after delivery.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your project details and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Governing Law

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms

textmarketpro provides copywriting, content creation, technical documentation, and related editorial services. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
- 50% upfront payment is required for projects exceeding €500
- Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge
- All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for delivered content are transferred to the client. textmarketpro retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
textmarketpro's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Venezia, Italy.
